Global Leaders Impact Fund – Application form
The Global Summit is Fora Network for Change’s international, flagship program that empowers exceptional young women and gender marginalized youth to drive lasting change within their communities and around the world. It provides leadership development, advocacy training, community-building, and policy-making training, enabling participants to enhance their leadership trajectories and social impact initiatives.
Alumni of the program can now apply for a new Global Summit Impact fund of $1,000 CAD* per project. This funding aims to support transformative projects that drive positive change in communities while aligning with Fora's mission. Running a microgrant program offers the opportunity for our Global Summit & Rise on Board alumni to further invest in and scale up their social impact initiatives. Our investment in their success doesn't stop when the program ends.
In addition to receiving the funds, recipients of the Global Impact Fund will have access to workshops designed to support them in advancing their social impact initiatives. These workshops will provide tailored guidance to help maximize the impact of their projects, make the most of the funding, and explore additional opportunities to drive meaningful change in their communities.
Please submit your completed application form by Monday, January 15, 2026, by 11:59PM EST. Applicants will be notified by email regarding whether they have advanced to the interview stage.
All projects funded by the Global Impact Fund are expected to begin in May 2026 and should be completed by November 2026.
*Recipients will receive the $1,000 micro-grant minus global wire transfer fees, with a maximum deduction of $20 CAD
* Note: Global Summit and Rise on Board alumni are welcome to apply, but priority will be given to first-time applicants. Even if you don’t meet all the criteria or have limited experience, you are still encouraged to apply. We believe in the potential of alumni at every stage of their journey and the power of innovative ideas to create meaningful change.
